Role: Key Account Manager (Existing accounts 80% New business 20%)
Location: New Malden

What youll be doing - Key Account Manager
- Building long-term trusted partnerships with existing clientshelping them get the very best from their IT strategy.
- Spotting opportunities for growth and guiding new clients on their journey with us.
- Acting as a true partner not just a supplierbringing ideas clarity and value at every stage.
- Working with a team who genuinely support each other and celebrate wins together.
What were looking for - Key Account Manager
- A track record in account management or business development within the IT/MSP space.
- Someone who is consultative relationship-driven and loves problem-solving.
- A balance of commercial drive and a people-first approach.
- Confidence to talk to decision makers and the curiosity to keep learning.
