Strategy Implementation
- Responsible for implementing Red Bulls business strategy with key customers.
- Setting and optimizing pricing strategies in line with company policies.
- Leading negotiations and ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Analysis and Planning
- Analyzing available data sources (Nielsen scanner data customer data) to identify growth opportunities.
- Preparing and updating annual business plans including planning promotional activities.
- Creating business forecasts and managing trade support budgets with a focus on achieving profitability.
- Preparing and presenting conceptual sales materials
Performance Tracking
- Regularly monitoring volume and profit targets identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Evaluating the success of promotional campaigns and other activities in collaboration with customers.
- Monitoring the implementation of business strategies directly at points of sale (e.g. through Perfect Store Audits).
Collaboration
- Building and developing strong business relationships with assigned customers.
- Collaborating with Trade Marketing Field Sales and other departments to implement business strategies.
- Actively contributing to the development of category strategies and positioning Red Bull as a key partner
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Key Account Management or Field Sales Management ideally in FMCG or the beverage industry.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and achieve beneficial agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience in preparing and implementing business and promotional plans.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and market trends in FMCG.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency.
