About the Role:
The Horizon Practice Lead enhances CrowdStrikes ability to grow position sell and maintain security business across the relevant sales theater. This function will work with and across CrowdStrike regional sales sales engineering marketing product development and services organizations to execute Horizon sales playbooks directly engage customers around CrowdStrike Falcon Platform capabilities and help customers operationalize and consume cloud security products.
What Youll Do:
Be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community driving the Crowdstrike platform based proposition with a focus on the Horizon solution set.
Collaborate strategically with country leaders and regional sales directors to ensure alignment and focused engagement across the Horizon portfolio
Provide influence and direction to specialist sales teams throughout the region orchestrating resources to maximize market impact
Collaborate with customers to understand the business challenges they are facing and then deliver demonstrable value based solutions into their strategic roadmaps
Work within a heavily matrixed environment providing direction to the individual product line leaders within the region to ensure appropriate resource allocation and focused activity
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop Horizon product sales pipeline and customer awareness.
Establish partnerships with core sellers and help them position CrowdStrikes Horizon technologies and work with them to close significant deals.
Train internal teams to better position Horizon products.
Provide Product Management teams customer feedback pertaining to new and existing features/capabilities.
Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrikes vision product roadmaps the threat landscape.
May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones
Travel up to 50%
What Youll Need:
Minimum 5 years experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or equivalent experience within hyper-growth SaaS-based platform companies
Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced matrix environments
Operational excellence in managing sales pipeline and engagement with internal and external corporate sales teams.
Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite senior management and analyst/architect-level customers/clients.
Demonstrated success selling security at the C-Suite and senior management levels
Experienced and comfortable presenting to large audiences both virtually and in person.
A high energy individual who is charismatic & personable to engage internal/external contacts.
MEDDPICC sales methodology experience strongly preferred
