The Engagement Lead is responsible for the liaison between the client and the team and is the key stakeholder of the clients product within the squad.
He is responsible for managing the strategy vision and roadmap of the product ensuring a solid and future commercial relation with the client.
Prepare reports for the Engagement Lead and upper management regarding status of project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for helping in the building of a product vision in collaboration with the client.
-Develop and manage strong client relationships connecting with key business stakeholders.
-Responsible for billing their own projects.
-Responsible for activating cross-selling opportunities.
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
-Coordinate product owners & Tech Leads in order to deliver top quality.
-Handle several client accounts.
-Manager client accounts in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients. making themselves available to handle concerns and building the clients trust to make sure they stay loyal to the company.
-Solid knowledge of the Product Lifecycle.
-Set the vision the macro plan and the roadmap of the product.
-Anticipate needs for the product an the customer cross-selling and up-selling our capabilities.
-Enforce a solid and high potential digital strategy to maximize results.
