What does a Tier II Support Specialist do Think of yourself as someone who will coach and mentor Teammates so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best after all we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top-notch. So come on now we need your full concentration because its time to imagine what its like being a Tier II Support Specialist.

As a Tier II Support Specialist you will coach and mentor Teammates and communicate process and policy changes to the operations team. You will become and remain knowledgeable about products and community standards. You will investigate and resolve issues that are reported such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content. You will respond to user inquiries with high quality speed empathy and accuracy. You will identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions and recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.

Do you have what it takes to be a Tier II Support Specialist

So what is it were looking for Since this is a Tier II Support Specialist we need someone with at least two years prior operations experience in a customer experience environment combined with sufficient tenure on the current campaign. What else We also prefer someone with some degree of further education or college experience. Military experience is acceptable instead of a college education

Now lets get technical. Were looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills verbal and written communication skills and empathy. We also need someone with a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.
