Tax Director Growing Firm South Dublin/Central
Our client is a well-established and respected firm of Accountants and Tax Advisors based in Dublin South/Central.
The firm has a vibrant client base across a variety of sectors including manufacturing tech retail and not-for-profit. To facilitate continued growth and ensure top-tier client service they are seeking a Tax Director to join their team.

The Role
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Oversight and management of the tax team (circa 5 people)
- Leading both compliance and advisory work
- Managing and growing a busy client portfolio of corporates and high-net-worth individuals (HNWs)
The Skills
To be successful in this role you will likely have the following skills:
- CTA Qualified with significant experience (7 years) in tax
- Expertise across a variety of tax heads (corporation tax and income tax are core)
- Proven experience in small team/people management
- Experience in either a large or small firm environment will be considered
- Strong exposure to both corporate and personal tax clients
- A motivated commercially minded professional who enjoys client interaction
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and building long-term client relationships
