Maintain dynamic compliance with labor statutes and corporate governance standards through proactive monitoring of regulatory changes conducting quarterly policy audits and ensuring alignment with ISO/RBA requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelors degree required in Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Labor Relations or related social sciences field (Masters degree preferred)
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR generalist/HRBP roles with proven track record in employee lifecycle management including complex ER cases and labor dispute resolution.
3 years managing HR operations in multinational/matrixed organizations with cross-culture communication.
3 years hands-on experience leading RBA/ISO compliance programs with direct oversight of labor standards ethical supply chain audits and corrective action plans
