Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Push and implement employee relationship programs policies and practices to attract motivate and retain a competent workforce.

Ensure labor contract law and regulation compliance regular updates management on new changes and ensure all HR policies in accordance with labor law and corporate guidelines.

Maintain dynamic compliance with labor statutes and corporate governance standards through proactive monitoring of regulatory changes conducting quarterly policy audits and ensuring alignment with ISO/RBA requirements.

Operationalize HR strategies by driving and implementing global/local HR projects to support business development.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelors degree required in Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Labor Relations or related social sciences field (Masters degree preferred)

Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR generalist/HRBP roles with proven track record in employee lifecycle management including complex ER cases and labor dispute resolution.

3 years managing HR operations in multinational/matrixed organizations with cross-culture communication.

3 years hands-on experience leading RBA/ISO compliance programs with direct oversight of labor standards ethical supply chain audits and corrective action plans
