Our client is a leader in power and thermal management solutions and electronic component manufacturing.
Job Description:
- Analyzing MFG plant requirements and working with the SEA HR COE team to develop and execute solutions programs and policies related to TA L&D OD HRIS ER and C&B.
- Assisting the MFG plant in analyzing and managing people process improvement projects manpower issue analysis organizational unit restructures workforce planning HR report analysis and succession planning.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching counselling career development disciplinary actions).
- Conducting necessary interviews such as performance talent and exit interviews.
- Managing and providing recommendations for complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment and Training).
- Good command of English. (Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage).
- Ability to work in Chachoengsao Province.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:40 - 17:25 (On-site only).
