Job Description

WERE HIRING!

As an HR Business Partner youll serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for our operations in Oregon. You ll collaborate closely with plant leadership to drive performance support workforce planning HR programs compliance and foster a positive workplace culture across shift-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant managers and leadership to implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Lead employee relations across all shifts facilitating performance management investigations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Support recruitment onboarding retention efforts particularly for blue-collar and production roles.
  • Guide HR compliance with labor laws safety standards (e.g. OSHA) and union considerations (if applicable).
  • Assist with training leadership development succession planning and employee engagement.
  • Be a visible approachable HR presence on the plant floor building trust and relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field (preferred).
  • 3 5 years of HR experience including at least 2 years in manufacturing or similarly industries.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS ATS) and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills comfortable interacting from the plant floor to executive leadership.
  • Bonus: Professional certification (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP/SCP)
