Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the performance upkeep and growth of Eastern European-facing online casino platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring the sites deliver strong user value meet business goals and align with broader marketing and compliance strategies. The Site Manager will be responsible for daily operations commercial integrations campaign delivery and backend updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality user and partner experiences.

Location: Remote

At least one of the following languages is required :

Estonian Hungarian Greek or Albanian.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Casino Website Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Track core metrics including user engagement traffic conversions and visibility.
    • Stay updated on market trends competitor activity and regulations and use these insights to guide strategies.
    • Manage promotional widgets and bonus offers keeping all details accurate and up to date.
    • Upload and manage video assets ensuring correct metadata and placements.
    • Monitor site performance (speed uptime technical hygiene) and liaise with development teams on fixes.
    • Collaborate with content design and video teams to improve user experience and drive growth.
    • Research user journeys competitor structures and untapped opportunities and share actionable insights.
    • Coordinate campaigns with internal teams to ensure consistent execution.
    • Publish approved content in the CMS maintaining formatting linking disclaimers and compliance notices.
    • Track KPIs run A/B tests and share results with recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the iGaming industry regulations and best practices.
    • Take full responsibility for assigned websites identifying opportunities to create high-quality content and new features that improve user value.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience managing content or affiliate websites ideally with iGaming exposure.
    • Fluency in Estonian Hungarian Greek or Albanian is required.
    • Strong knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS) plus basic HTML CSS and JavaScript.
    • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console GA4 Ahrefs Screaming Frog PageSpeed Insights and Looker Studio.
    • Detail-oriented process-driven and able to communicate effectively across teams.
    • Familiarity with GDPR consent management and Responsible Gambling practices.
    • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
