Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing production processes to ensure efficiency quality and timely delivery of products. The Production Manager will lead a team manage resources implement strategies to optimize production performance and meet organizational goals.
-Communicate with order entry if additional lines need to be added to orders when needed.
-Attend safety meetings and facilitate Safety Toolbox Talks to assist with compliance and safety equipment requirements.
-Assist with managing warehouse staff in their day-to-day performance including receiving pulling and staging products as needed.
-Review Production Schedule and execute to that production plan ensuring safe operating practices quality execution and productive completion of requirements.
-7 years experience in production management or manufacturing leadership role.
-Proven experience in production management or manufacturing leadership role.
-Solid understanding of quality management principles and best practices.
-Bachelors degree in operations management or related field preffered.
-Familiarity with Google Sheets using a Microsoft 365 environment.
-Proficiency in the management of finishing equipment & systems.
-Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
-Fluency in additional languages particularly Spanish.
-High School Diploma or GED required.
