Job Description
About the Job: HEROIC Cybersecurity () is seeking an IT Project Manager to support transition oversee the planning execution and delivery of technology-driven projects. This is a remote position in India and will require daily participation in video meetings in US time zones (PST MST CST EST).
What you will do:
- Work with technical leadership and development teams to determine project objectives completion criteria budget delivery schedules IT Infrastructure Cybersecurity and Applications support.
- Work closely with our cross-functional global teams to monitor project activities report on status and manage project financials
- Identify potential scope changes manage and communicate risks and issues.
- Manage relationships and motivate team members to accomplish deadline-driven objectives
- Document all aspects of implementation
- Coordinate with marketing teams distribution personnel and sales channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum or Waterfall)
- Experience with IT Infrastructure management including servers and desktop management networking cloud service providers etc
- Proven experience delivering IT projects from initiation to execution within cost and schedule constraints.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar certifications required.
