Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Relationship Manager to join our team at . This is a full-time position based in Bandra. Candidates must have a valid 2-wheeler license and possession of a bike is mandatory for this role. The Field Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships gathering and acting on feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license and own a bike.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Use your own bike to travel to client meetings and property sites as required.
