Job Title: Regional Training Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of training programs for our sales teams across a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our sales teams have the knowledge skills and competencies required to effectively promote our Ayurvedic products and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of sales teams and align with business objectives.
2. Conduct Needs Assessment: Identify training needs and gaps in knowledge skills and competencies among sales teams.
3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with regional sales leaders product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective training delivery.
4. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement and share plans for sustaining the knowledge.
5. Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge & industry trends
7. Ability to conduct On Job Training at least for 15 days in a month. Through OJT need to develop the in clinic effectiveness and POB skills of the Sales Officers and coaching conversation of the Front Line Managers.
8. Ability to conduct virtual or in-person refresher product and skill training programmes within the zone.
Requirements:
1. Industry Experience: Proven experience in Ayurvedic/Pharmaceutical sales training
2. Training and Development Expertise: Strong background in training design development and delivery.
3. Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or education.
2. Certification in Training and Development: Certification in training and development ID will be an added
advantage
3. Experience with Adult Learning Principles: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
