What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a highly organised proactive and adaptable NSW Client Experience Manager to support our senior leadership team in NSW.

This is a dynamic role that blends internal coordination strategic support client engagement marketing integration and event execution. Its ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced people-oriented environment and is looking to grow into a strategic planning role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Provide direct support to the NSW leadership team through meeting coordination agenda preparation action tracking and follow-up. Includes expense claim diary coordination and travel management.
  • Support the development and delivery of key business initiatives and priorities.
  • Work closely with the NSW Commercial & Operations team to contribute to strategic planning processes reporting and communication.
  • Act as a single point of contact representing PDS to the broader JLL business.

Bid Writing & Business Growth

  • Write effective concise and compelling content (bids/proposals/submissions presentations and source material) while under the pressure sometimes associated with deadlines
  • Contribute content to the Knowledge Management platform through development of case studies CVs baseline content and creative elements for pursuits
  • Develop edit proofread and review graphics presentations and other messaging materials as needed
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking forums to strengthen JLLs presence and build external relationships
  • Manage CRM updates and support the execution of client relationship plans.
  • Identify and map key decision-makers within target organizations understanding their roles influences and pain points
  • Initiate direct contact with potential clients through various channels (e.g. cold calling email outreach LinkedIn industry events)
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each prospects specific needs and challenges

Collaboration & Cross-Business Engagement

Work closely with internal teams including Growth Sales Delivery Sector Leads and Marketing to enhance client experience and maximise opportunities

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration ensuring that business lines work together to drive client success

Partner with marketing to create client case studies market insights and branding initiatives that reinforce JLLs value proposition

Event Planning Senior Exec Support & Team Cultural Engagement

  • Actively lead to organisation of key client engagement activities including client events roundtables and meetings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of client and internal team events
  • Support State Manager with travel booking and expense administration via JBS team.
  • Lead new starter onboarding including coordinating access passes IT log-in training material run through
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence to refine service offerings and enhance customer experience
  • Implement engagement frameworks that ensure a consistent high quality client experience across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that network connections are leveraged across the organization for maximum benefit
  • Stay informed about industry trends challenges and opportunities across multiple sectors to provide valuable insights to clients and prospects
  • Develop a reputation as a trusted advisor within the commercial real estate industry and related sectors

  • Understand and able to communicate different service methodologies and contract structures relevant to the project management and construction industry.
  • Strong writing and solution development able to develop compelling submission responses utilising Microsoft suite of products
  • Proven ability to develop and execute client growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms data analytics and reporting to drive client insights
  • Industry qualifications in property business marketing preferred
  • Experience in developing and executing targeted sales campaigns
  • Proficiency in using sales and prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo)
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to adapt approach based on client needs
  • Understanding of key trends and challenges across multiple industries that impact commercial real estate decisions
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating industry events or thought leadership initiatives
