Position: People & Culture Manager
Location: Atlanta Area
Leading chemical manufacturer is seeking a self-motivated HR professional to join their team! In this role you will support multi-site operations manage employee relations and contribute to a positive growth-oriented work environment.
- Proven experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
