Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Accounting Manager located in Jakarta with occasional travel manufacturing site in Malang. The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements manage financial reporting and participate in budgeting processes. The role involves developing strategies for the finance department ensuring compliance with financial regulations and leveraging analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications :
- Experience in preparing and analysing Financial Statements
- Strong Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Budgeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP
- Experience in the fermentation or food industry is a plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
