Overview
We are building a new high-output recruiting team inside Simply Driven. This team will operate with speed volume and urgency separate from our existing consultative recruiters. Were looking for sales-first recruiters who thrive on activity own their desk and consistently produce results.
Candidate Profile: What Were Looking For
- 25 years of **agency recruiting** experience (staffing contingency full-desk preferred)
- Clear billing or placement track record (ideally $200K in annual production)
- Experience running a **full desk** sourcing candidates and generating job orders
- Comfortable working **57 searches at once** closing 23/month
- High-volume activity mindset: cold calling outbound prospecting managing pipeline
- Motivated by money competition and autonomy
- Frustrated by bureaucracy red tape or slow-moving teams
What Were NOT Looking For
- Internal recruiters or talent acquisition profiles
- People who rely on account managers to feed them jobs
- Slow overly consultative recruiters who struggle with urgency
- HR generalists or those with no sales/revenue accountability

Search Priorities
Prioritize candidates with recent success in agency recruiting roles especially those who are looking to break out of restrictive environments. Were not trying to train people from scratch we need producers who are ready to hunt and close immediately.
