Job Description
- Source delivery boys through field activities community outreach referrals local job fairs and tie-ups with training institutes.
- Manage walk-in drives local mobilization campaigns and WhatsApp-based job promotion.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements verify documents and conduct basic orientation.
- Coordinate interviews onboarding documentation and training schedules.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and provide daily recruitment status reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of active and passive delivery candidates for future needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment especially in delivery hiring.
- Strong networking and field mobilization skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like OLX WorkIndia Apna Naukri and local WhatsApp groups.
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and documentation.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to speak local language and Hindi.
- Minimum 12th pass. Graduation preferred.
- Fixed Salary: 20000 - 22000 per month
- OKR-Based Incentives: 3000 - 4000 per month
- Quarterly Incentives: 6000 - 9000 per quarter
- Total CTC (Yearly): 300000 - 348000
