Our client is looking for Agricultural Graduates to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning monitoring and reporting on crop production and farm operations.
- Support field trials soil sampling and data collection for crop performance analysis.
- Work with the operations team on planting irrigation fertilisation and pest control schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers contractors and service providers as needed.
- Assist in monitoring equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
- Support compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare operational and progress reports for management review.
- Participate in training and development programmes to build technical and managerial competencies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Agronomy Crop Science Horticulture or a related field.
- Practical experience (through internships or seasonal work) in an agricultural setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Valid drivers licence.
