Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is for an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves performing echocardiograms adhering to established protocols and collaborating with the healthcare team. On-call responsibilities are required. The schedule consists of five 8-hour days with variable start times rotating weekends.
Location: Mission Viejo California United States
Responsibilities:
- Performing echocardiograms and other cardiac sonography procedures.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Documenting findings accurately and completely.
- Responding to on-call requests.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- BLS certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification.
- Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer (RCS) certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- None specified.
Special Considerations:
- On-call responsibilities are required (pending details).
- Rotating weekend shifts.
- Variable start times (7:30 AM or 10:00 AM).
- No floating between units.
- The facility may call off one shift per pay period.
- Free parking is provided.

Scheduling:
