Your Job
As a Customer Service Representative youll help customers after they buy home appliances. Youll be their first point of contact for questions or issues.
Your Tasks
- Answer questions by phone and email
- Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60 step-by-step processes
- Use online resources like YouTube tutorials to support customers
- Give updates on orders and delivery
- Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department
- Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way
- Work with 3 support systems/software tools
- Cross-selling skills are a bonus!
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Italian both written and spoken
- English (B2)
- Great communication skills
- Interest in tech and home appliances
- Problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Sales or cross-selling experience
