About the role

Were looking for an experienced and pragmatic People Partner to support our esteemed tech this role youll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams ensuring we attract retain and develop our skilled tech staff to drive impact. This role will play a key role in implementing global People initiatives that matters while fostering a culture of engagement growth and safety across your areas.

This is a hands-on People Partner role where youll need both strategic & tactical thinking paired with the confidence to challenge coach and influence stakeholders at all levels. Youll collaborate with leaders employees and People & Culture colleagues to create real impact in a fast-paced international environment.

Some of the things you will do:

  • Act as a trusted partner Advise and challenge leaders aligning People initiatives with business needs.

  • Enable leadership Develop and coach leaders through structured training feedback and continuous development.

  • Drive People processes Lead execution of compensation planning talent reviews succession planning and goal setting etc.

  • Foster employee growth Identify training needs for our tech staff and help design effective learning opportunities.

  • Support recruitment & onboarding Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract onboard and retain skilled tech talent.

  • Ensure compliance Apply People policies consistently and manage employee relations in line with Swedish labour laws and CBAs if applicable.

  • Lead change & transformation Support leaders and teams in navigating organisational shifts.

  • Promote safety & well-being Partner with Health & Safety to embed a solid safety culture across your areas.


    Your future team

    You will be part of dynamic team which consist of People Partners Workplace Experience & Talent Acquistion you will report to the Director People Partner.

    What were looking for


    To succeed in this role we believe that you have a prior strong track record as a Strategic HRBP or perhaps as a Head of People/HR Manager in a start up/scale up or have built a HR organisation from the ground up in a Tech or SaaS company. You know what good looks like and have probably drawn valuable insights from lessons learned along the way.


    • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
    • 10 years experience in a senior HR role such as strategic HRBP HR Manager or Head of People role in a smaller company.
    • 5 years supporting tech organisations & leaders.
    • Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law
    • Proven track record in talent management leadership development and employee engagement.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ability to influence at all levels
    • Experience with driving change management and transformation.
    • Fluency in Swedish and English.
    • Experience working in a matrix organisation is considered advantageous.
