Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Lead with Scrum Master expertise to oversee project delivery drive agile practices and manage change across initiatives. The role involves leading cross-functional teams ensuring adherence to project management best practices and facilitating agile ceremonies to deliver successful outcomes within scope time and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring delivery excellence.
- Act as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and other agile ceremonies.
- Implement and manage change management strategies to support stakeholders through project transitions.
- Define project objectives scope timelines and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Identify risks resolve issues and ensure proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing project processes and agile practices.
- Mentor and guide teams on Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban Lean).
- Experience in change management and project governance.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
