We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst/Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts across paid media social channels and web platforms. This role focuses on monitoring ad performance managing marketing assets and building actionable reports that turn data into insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized analytical and proactive with a passion for digital marketing in the healthcare/medical space. Graphic design experience is a strong plus.
Monitor digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads and others as needed) and respond to comments/questions across platforms.
Organize and maintain marketing assets including ads creative files and landing pages.
Track key KPIs (ad analytics practice-specific metrics from our medical system).
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
Assist in turning marketing data into actionable strategies to improve ROI and patient acquisition.
Support website updates social media presence and ensure brand consistency.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign monitoring.
Strong skills in analytics reporting and KPI tracking.
Familiarity with marketing asset organization and campaign workflows.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets dashboards or reporting tools.
Graphic design experience (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of medical/dental/dermatology marketing compliance (a plus).
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Analytical thinker who can turn numbers into insights.
Adaptable self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
