Job Description:
- The provider will be responsible for treating adult and adolescent patients.
- This is an ambulatory primary care position working in an outpatient setting.
- The role requires the ability to practice autonomously while managing 25 patients per day.
- Cerner EMR will be used for documentation working within a hospital-employed system.
- The provider is expected to make a long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care.
- No hospital call and a hospitalist group will admit patients to the hospital.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Ability to practice autonomously and effectively manage patient load.
- Clean malpractice history and active license.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification in Family Medicine or a related field is required.
- Current Ohio license (or willingness to obtain) is mandatory.
