Job Description:
- Monitor staff performance discipline and provide required training to staff
- Inspection of suites and other areas on time and as per standard
- Plans the workflow and ensures that employees understand their delegated tasks
- Check inventories and assist the Housekeeping Manager
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition/Roster making
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance meets the standards required
- Ensure adherence to the properties brand standards at all times
Experience and Qualification
- 5-10 years of Experience
- Graduation
Technical Skills
- Cleaning Equipment and Tools
- Ability to use Industrial Equipment
- Guide team members properly
- HSSC
