Job Description
Position: Management Accountant - Remote
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: 125k to 175k
Qualification: Qualified ACCA / CA / ICMA
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA CA or ICMA) with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Xero and Dext. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial management and strategic planning of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Develop implement and review financial policies and procedures
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budget
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flo
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Utilize accounting software (Xero Dext) for financial management and reporting
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA CA or ICMA)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within an accounting firm
- Proficiency in accounting software particularly Xero and Dext
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
