  • Top-Tier Dutch Support: Youll engage with customers in Dutch across various channels like chat email and phone. This means actively listening understanding their needs and offering clear compassionate solutions.

  • Solving Problems: Youll precisely diagnose customer issues and guide them through troubleshooting steps. For trickier problems youll skillfully escalate them to ensure a quick resolution.
  • Accurate Documentation: Youll meticulously record all customer interactions and resolutions in our system ensuring consistent service and easy tracking.
  • Spotting Trends: Youll proactively identify common themes in customer feedback. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us continuously improve our services.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Youll collaborate effectively with your colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth cohesive customer experience.

Who Were Looking For: Your Qualifications

  • Exceptional Dutch (C2 level): Youre highly proficient in both written and spoken Dutch.
  • Proficient English (B2 level): This is essential for internal communication and training within our diverse team.
  • Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy helping people and are dedicated to providing outstanding service.
  • Strong Problem-Solver: You have excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail enabling you to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: Youre comfortable working independently but also thrive as part of a dynamic fast-paced team.
  • Highly Organized: You can efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
