About the role
Lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability in Burpengary QLD. Coach and empower frontline staff to deliver exceptional person-centred outcomes in a values-driven environment.
- Based in Burpengary QLD.
- Part-time (approximately 50 hours per fortnight)
- Rotational roster (including time for administration)

Lead and coach a team of support professionals

Skills & Experience
Proven leadership in disability or community services
Strong coaching and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Knowledge of NDIS and quality standards
Availability for a 7-day rotating shift roster
