Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Employee Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture Team in Saudi leading efforts to maintain and elevate Calos work environment. This role will focus specifically on enhancing the experience of office and kitchen employees. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating positive experiences has an interest in project management and thrives under pressure with a creative flair. A strong sense of humor and meme literacy is a plus!
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline the onboarding crossboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing employees
- Coordinate communication between new hires and the team during onboarding
- Handle office management tasks including layout branding culturalization maintenance supplies equipment purchasing and furnishing
- Address office requests and needs and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Develop initiatives focused on employee wellness engagement and cultural development to foster a healthy workplace
- Plan and execute in-house or off-site social events and celebrations ensuring employees key celebrations birthdays and important events are never missed
- Maintain budgets for social events and office management
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Team on ad-hoc initiatives and projects
- Support performance management cycles to ensure a positive employee experience
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or any related field
- 3 years of experience focused on Employee Experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
