Permanent Full Time

Grade 4 - 30293.00pa to 34116.00pa

Petersfield

The Revenues Team at East Hampshire are looking for an exceptional team player with excellent customer service and administrative skills.

Your principal role will be to assist the Recovery Manager to recover overpaid Housing Benefit unpaid Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates in an efficient effective but understanding manner. You will also deal with customer enquiries and give advice over the telephone and in person.

You must be capable of working in an accurate and organised way manage your own workload have a good eye for detail and be able to deal with customers with patience and tact. As part of a busy team it is essential that you can work well under pressure meet deadlines and adopt a flexible approach.

We make extensive use of Information Technology and therefore you must be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience of using Civica Open Revenues system and Document Management/workflow systems would be an advantage.

Starting salary will be dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
