Your mission:
As Manager HR Analytics you will collect proactively analyse and translate critical HR data into concrete actions supporting and challenging HR country leads to ensure that strategic HR and business objectives are this role you report to our Head of HR Excellence and become part of our international HR community.
What else will you be doing as Manager HR Analytics
Collect and analyse HR data to proactively identify trends company risks and opportunities for improvement;
Create regular reports on key HR metrics including people productivity attrition absenteeism employee engagement ESG KPI and recruitment effectiveness;
Use data to forecast future HR needs and trends to support strategic decision-making;
Develop and maintain (AI based) dashboards for real-time monitoring of HR KPIs;
Develop and implement of operational and strategic HR reporting landscape and data analysis
Participation in strategical workforce planning including job and personnel cost planning in cooperation with HR Business Partners and the finance team (to identify areas for efficiency and cost savings)
Set and monitor performance and progress metrics for HR initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational goals and with the companys value creation plan
Ensure HR activities are fully compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
How will you contribute to a successful HR landscape
At CWS Hygiene we are looking for the right personal and cultural fit.
You are in possession of a bachelors or masters degree in a related field such as business management Data Analytics or IT HR finance etc.;
Minimally 3 to 5years of relevant experience within the HR landscape and/or with data- or financially driven topic related to HR;
You are known as a number cruncher who can make data visual and comprehensible for and exciting to stakeholders;
As a person we can describe you as analytically strong and very precise you have a proactive and independent work approach you enjoy building relationships with different departments and are not afraid to challenge peers when needed;
Good knowledge Excel & Power BI-Tools and various HR-related systems such as SAP Workday etc.;
You are fluent in English and German a 3rd language would be preferred.
