Schedule: This role follows a2/3 hybrid schedule for the first three months then transitions to fully remote giving you flexibility while ensuring strong initial training and integration.

What Youll Do
- Manage diverse litigation matters from strategy through resolution including general liability insurance defense and employment disputes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions briefs and trial documents.

- Take part in depositions mediations hearings and trials for hands-on experience.
- Balance a dynamic caseload while maintaining top-quality work.
What You Bring
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar.
- 18 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills.
- A passion for trial work and readiness to grow courtroom abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities with ease.
