Job Title: Personal Lines Account Associate
Job Summary:
An established and growing independent insurance brokerage is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Associate to join its professional team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and develop a successful insurance career with a clear growth path toward becoming an Account Manager. The role includes a hybrid work schedule following training.
Responsibilities:
- Support the advising analysis retention servicing marketing and coverage expansion efforts for assigned personal lines clients.
- Assist with processing new and renewal business.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
- Provide prompt professional customer service to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Entry-level experience; exposure to multiple insurance carriers a plus but not required.
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills.
