Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a robust book of business with a focus on construction accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $125000
- Competitive benefits package paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business generating $500000 - $700000 in revenue.
- Service accounts ranging from $100000 to $1.5 million in size with a focus on middle-market and larger accounts.
- Handle renewals from start to finish including quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate account management.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management with a focus on construction accounts.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is essential.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills. Must be personable timely and a team player.
- Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in-office during the training period with the potential for remote work thereafter.
