Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts with a strong focus on real estate and LROaccounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $95000 - $115000
- Benefits: Comprehensive packages
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a book of business comprising 300-500 policies.
- Handle renewals endorsements and marketing efforts for middle-market accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with the producer and delegate tasks effectively within the team.
- Ensure exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in commercial lines with a strong background in real estate and LRO accounts.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Epic software is mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
