Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines CSR / Account Managerto join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $70000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines accounts.
- Handle endorsements certificates and renewals for clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize agency management software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with a small dedicated team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an agency or carrier environment with a preference for agency experience.
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
