About the role
We are looking for a part-time Sales Support professional to help us grow our presence in the French and Swiss markets.
In this role you will focus on inside sales and business development targeting solar installers and electricians. You will play a key role in engaging prospects presenting Enphase solutions and strengthening relationships with our existing customer base.
Whatwill you do
  • Conduct outbound calls using company-provided databases.
  • Present Enphase products and solutions highlighting their added value to potential customers.
  • Record activities and maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Support lead generation and expand our client base through structured prospecting.
  • Invite customers and prospects to company events and training sessions.
  • Assist in organising customer events when required.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client base you help develop.
Who you are and what you bring
  • Strong interest in sustainability and renewable energy especially solar.
  • Background in sales business development or customer engagement (commercial training or degree preferred).
  • Fluent in English and French (required) as well as German (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills especially over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently take initiative and meet targets.
  • A proactive challenge-driven mindset comfortable in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
