Role: Appointment Setter & Sales Admin Support
Location: Remote South Africa
Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM 4:30 PM EST Mon Fri)
Contract: Independent Contractor
Start Date: ASAP

Core Responsibilities
1. Appointment Setting & Lead Management
Call inbound leads within 5 minutes of booking a consult (10 20 calls/day)
Qualify and pre-frame leads for closers
Ensure booked appointments show up as scheduled
Follow up with partial form submissions to convert into calls (10 20 follow- ups/day)
2. Sales Admin Support
Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene for 1 2 tier-one clients
Track pipeline activity and ensure no lead goes stale
Send reminders or light nudges to client teams regarding follow-ups
Assist with light research (RFP checks compliance links state-specific details as needed)
Performance Metrics
Speed-to-lead response time
Appointment show rate
Conversion of inbound leads to booked calls
CRM accuracy and timely updates
Requirements
Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication
Prior experience working with U.S. or U.K.-based agencies or companies
Comfortable engaging senior-level professionals over the phone
Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
Proven track record in appointment setting or SDR roles
Preferred:
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
Experience in tech healthcare or marketing sectors
