Job Description

Construction Litigation Associate Attorney $145k$150k Tampa FL (Hybrid)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an associate with 23 years of general litigation experience ideally with an emphasis in construction litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex high-value matters while developing expertise in a specialized and growing practice area.

The successful candidate will bring excellent academic credentials strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues. You should be comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating closely with a supportive team.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of litigation experience (construction litigation preferred)

  • Admission to practice in Florida

  • Excellent writing analytical and communication skills

  • Strong teamwork abilities and initiative in client service
