Role Overview:
We are seeking a B2B Sales Associate (Backend) to manage offline B2B sales operations through LinkedIn and telecalling. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation client engagement and supporting the field sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn networking and phone calls.

Engage with potential B2B clients explain product offerings and schedule meetings for the field team.

Maintain accurate client databases and track follow-ups.

Support the field sales team with backend coordination proposals and documentation.

Ensure timely and professional communication with clients to build lasting relationships.
