As a Raw Materials Analyst youll be the go-to expert for understanding and forecasting the market trends of key ingredients like fats & oils sunflowers and grains. Youll play a vital role in helping our procurement and production teams make informed forward-thinking decisions.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the global oilseeds and tropical fats markets while monitoring related raw material sectors including cocoa sugar dairy and lecithins
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the global supply landscape
- Develop enhance and maintain robust well-structured forecasting models and data repositories
- Translate complex datasets into clear visually compelling and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support deal valuation by providing thorough market research and analysis during transaction assessments
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure forecasts are aligned with strategic and operational requirements
