Job Description
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
What Youll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discover define and document business requirements for exciting software development projects.
- Transform ideas into clear actionable specifications that development teams can execute flawlessly.
- Work hand-in-hand with business leaders to ensure tech solutions deliver tangible business value.
- Recommend smart technology-driven process improvements that elevate operations.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams ensuring everyone speaks the same language.
- Create detailed user stories use cases and acceptance criteria that guide projects to success.
- Support development teams during sprints ensuring delivery stays on track.
- Keep documentation sharp complete and always up to date no loose ends.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring end solutions meet expectations.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Keep everyone informed from progress updates to change management.
- Encourage collaboration and transparency across all teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for end-users on new features and systems.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with top-tier communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business or a related field.
- 3 years in a Business Analyst or similar role ideally in FinTech or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for turning business needs into clear technical deliverables.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships across business and tech teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint cycles.
- Skilled in creating user stories workflows and system documentation.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and requirement management best practices.
