Job description:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department where youll have the chance to make an impact and grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports that drive strategic decision-making
- Compile and analyze the Monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP)
- Conduct strategic analysis such as balance sheet reviews and customer profitability analysis
- Collaborate with management in budget preparation including crafting assumptions and building templates
- Assist in creating comprehensive budget package schedules
- Oversee year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop financial ratios to evaluate supplier performance
- Provide insights through monthly cost analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget)
What Youll Need:
- A Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting finance or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint (strong Excel skills preferred)
- Experience with Oracle systems or similar ERP platforms
