Currently our client in Cambodia is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Operations Analyst.
Main Description:

Support Head of HR & Admin in daily HR operations.

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
-
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
-
Maintain accurate HR data and conduct audits.
-
Handle Compensation & Benefits leave insurance and compliance.
-
Prepare HR reports on demographics absences overtime and turnover.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-
Foster collaboration with other departments.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of HR & Admin.
Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR Law Business or related field.
-
3-5 years HR experience.
-
Strong English skills (spoken/written).
-
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
-
Professional honest and a strong team player.
-
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
