What Youll Do
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Assist guests with inquiries directions and hotel information
Coordinate with housekeeping concierge and other departments to meet guest needs promptly
Process payments verify reservations and maintain accurate records in the property management system
Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolution
Promote hotel amenities dining outlets and special services to enhance the guest experience
Who You Are
Friendly approachable and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
Detail-oriented organized and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
Skilled in clear communication and able to maintain composure in busy or challenging situations
Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred; knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is a plus
Flexible with scheduling including evenings weekends and holidays
