Job Description
As a Sales Representative youll be the driving force behind new business growth and a trusted advisor to existing customers. Youll connect with prospects uncover their needs and deliver insurance solutions that protect their families and futures all while reaching (and exceeding) your sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively pursue new business opportunities through referrals community events warm leads and outbound sales activities.
- Consultative Selling: Educate customers on insurance options that best fit their needs building long-term relationships rooted in trust.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and maximize value for every client.
- Policy Management: Process policy updates handle payments and resolve any policy-related inquiries with precision and care.
- Customer Advocacy: Play a vital role in helping clients protect their assets their families and their financial future.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
- 35 years of proven sales experience ideally in insurance financial services or a customer-facing role
- Goal-oriented and competitive thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter whos organized proactive and motivated by results
- Bilingual - Korean and English
