The Quality Manager will lead the companys quality department related to shot peening and non-destructive testing ensuring continued compliance with industry standards such as AS9100. This role is fully on-site and will be part of the leadership team responsible for internal audits employee training documentation control and driving continuous improvement efforts.
This is a direct hire full-time position offering long-term stability and competitive compensation.
Salary: $95000 - $105000 Depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of quality control experienceWithin a Manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100
- Experience leading internal audits and managing non-conformances
- Familiarity with aerospace standards Nadcap audits and customer quality requirements
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
