About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Specialist. This position is within the CIB Operations Client Data & Onboarding - Account Relationship Management (ARM) Team with a focus on Client Due Diligence. The individual will be responsible for assisting with development of consistent AML Compliance and Operational Risk analysis and the management of select technology risk for multiple lines of business.
Specifically this role will be responsible for performing CIP verification reviewing Customer Due Diligence and collecting Enhanced Due Diligence for higher risk clients in support of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the WFS Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program while ensuring the process complies with relevant regulations and corporate policies.

Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Strong risk management and compliance skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management in the financial services industry
Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
Strong knowledge and understanding of loan securities and derivative products
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are important
Ability to work effectively as well as independently in a team environment
